Our Story
A story about how this product came to be...
i-meal Born from the input of the Indonesian community, who longed for delicious and healthy fast food at affordable prices.
Observing the increasingly busy lifestyles of the Indonesian community, we were challenged to create packaged food products that could meet this need. From here, we formed a small team to begin researching and studying Indonesian cuisine seriously.
Starting from early 2015, we began this research.
Our team conducted surveys by visiting various authentic eateries in Medan, Padang, Jakarta, and Surabaya to discover the best flavors of Indonesian cuisine. For approximately one year, we experimented with numerous food recipes to find the finest taste, using a variety of cooking methods.
Our learning process didn't stop at discovering delicious flavors and the most appropriate cooking methods.
We continue to strive to produce delicious food without the need for additional chemicals such as flavor enhancers, which are commonly used by restaurants and families in Indonesia. We do this with a committed heart to create packaged food that is not only tasty but also healthy and beneficial for the Indonesian community.
The challenge for us didn't stop there.
Berikutnya kami harus mencoba lagi racikan dan cara memasak yang ada pada skala produksi dan mesin-mesin yang ada. Bagaimana daging dan saus yang ada bisa terpadu dengan baik pada peralatan mesin di ruang produksi, untuk menghasilkan citarasa yang tinggi. Setelah percobaan yang berkali-kali, akhirnya dengan perasaan bangga kami bisa melahirkan dan menghadirkan produk i-meal yang perdana yaitu Kari Ayam, Rendang Sapi, dan Ikan Asam Pedas.

Our busy and dynamic society no longer needs to worry about convenient and fast food, as they can now enjoy i-meal wherever and whenever they are; just add white rice! We even hope that Indonesian cuisine can be enjoyed by Indonesians living in other parts of the world; and even foreigners can enjoy Indonesian food, which is so rich in taste and appetite-stimulating!
